Homeowner Committees

Committees are groups of homeowners focused on a particular area of interest to the community. They are intended to foster ideas and boost involvement from homeowners to address issues or provide recommendations to the Board. Committees do not have decision making authority, nor are allocated budget dollars. However, committees are a powerful channel to perform research, find alternatives, and ultimately provide recommendations and imrpove due diligence to the Board.

Committees meet independently (schedule below). Board members do not necessarily need to Co-Chair each committee, but at least one Board Member should be counted among the committee's membership. If you would like to join a commitee please contact the clubhouse for more information.
